My client specialises in technology and supplies national and international customers. On their behalf, I am recruiting a Senior Administrator to support product sales and office operations.
This is a great opportunity if you enjoy autonomy, variety and seeing tasks through to completion. You’ll be highly organised, be able to prioritise effectively and manage tasks concurrently. When it comes to spotting opportunities and potential issues, you’ll be one step ahead. You’ll work best being part of a small team that pulls together.
You’ll absorb information quickly, and have a head for numbers and a keen eye for detail. Experience using Excel, Outlook and Teams and the confidence to learn new systems are essential. You will utilise your confident and professional communication style to ensure actions get completed on time.
AS Senior Administrator your duties will include:
- Processing orders and subscription renewals
- Promptly responding to incoming enquiries, mainly via email
- Preparing delivery documentation and customs paperwork
- Booking international deliveries
- Processing POs
- Providing quotations and proforma invoices
- Managing relationships with customers and suppliers
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Co-ordinating foreign travel arrangements
- Placing orders for office consumables
- Receiving and sorting post and parcels
- Maintaining stock records
- Assisting with accounting and finance-related duties
- Actioning all other ad-hoc duties as necessary
Candidates with sales administration experience are highly desirable for this role. Experience in PA/office management is advantageous. It is office-based, working 40 hours per week between 8 am and 5 pm. The annual leave entitlement starts at 22 days + bank holidays which will increase with the length of service.
The business is flexible around start/finish times and can accommodate occasional work from home. The office is an easy commute from Leamington, Warwick, Kenilworth and Coventry. Due to the location, transport is necessary.
