On their behalf, I am recruiting an Office Administrator to support the smooth running of the business’s operations and provide efficient service to their clients. You will be office-based, working alongside a highly experienced, dynamic and social team within a busy environment.

The role of Office Administrator is incredibly varied. It requires an individual who is personable, reliable and service focused. Being team orientated whilst being able to work independently is extremely important. You’ll need to be adaptable with a positive attitude. A good level of IT literacy is essential, with particular importance on Microsoft Outlook and Word. You’ll be an efficient typist with the ability to compile professional emails.

Your duties as Office Administrator will include:

  • Providing a receptionist service, answering calls, dealing with enquiries, and directing to the relevant person.
  • Providing attentive service to visitors.
  • Responding to email enquiries.
  • Uploading images onto the system to create brochures.
  • Supporting the coordination of events.
  • Updating and maintaining the back office system.
  • Raising invoices.
  • Logging enquiries.
  • Creating templates using Word.
  • Ordering office consumables.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm, with one hour for lunch.
